Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management
- Oversee all properties assigned within the portfolio.
- Maintain relationships with property owners, providing updates and reports.
- Ensure properties meet company and regulatory standards.
- Leasing & Tenant Relations
- Manage the leasing process from marketing to lease execution.
- Screen and approve prospective tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease renewals.
- Maintenance & Inspections
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor work.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Financial Oversight
- Track rent collections and follow up on delinquencies.
- Prepare financial reports for property owners.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control.
- Legal Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure leases, notices, and evictions follow state laws.
- Maintain accurate records for each property.
- Stay updated on property management regulations.
- Business Growth & Tenant Retention
- Identify opportunities to increase rental revenue.
- Develop strategies for tenant retention.
- Assist in acquiring new property management clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of property management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- Knowledge of local rental laws and fair housing regulations
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively

- Base salary portfolio-based bonuses
