We are a forward thinking, established Real Estate Company in Melbourne, FL looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. Join a team of top-notch, innovative, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Real Estate professionals!
Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk
Serving as the first impression of the office to our clients, guests, and agents.
Greet arriving guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner, providing information and assistance as needed. Connecting callers with the appropriate party.
Distributing mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate party.
Strong communication skills. Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self-starter and take initiative.
Keeping office common areas clean, organized and well stocked. Maintains inventory of office supplies, submitting order requests monthly.
Be familiar with how to use a telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and all other office equipment associated with this position. Possess good computer skills. Proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Knowledge of Canva a plus.
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
Be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
Background in Real Estate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
