What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Representative position at RE/MAX Holdings, Inc.?
The Account Representative role is responsible for every facet of the Approved Supplier experience and relationship with RE/MAX, LLC. Starting with the new Approved Supplier on-boarding process, this role takes ownership of an assigned group of overall relationships, ensuring adherence to program requirements, assisting with marketing plans and helping these companies be successful in the Approved Supplier program.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the dedicated RE/MAX representative and oversee the relationship between RE/MAX and assigned Approved Suppliers.
- Build relationships between the assigned Approved Suppliers and RE/MAX, LLC to support the overall program.
- Maintain regular contact with assigned Approved Suppliers.
- Support the RU team with development of Education Partners relationships.
- Effectively present, position and articulate the general value of assigned Approved Suppliers.
- Understand how the products/solutions of assigned Approved Suppliers solve a business need for RE/MAX affiliates.
- Ensure that maximum effort is given to marketing and promotional activities of assigned Approved Suppliers.
- Resolve complaints/concerns presented by RE/MAX Affiliates towards assigned Approved Suppliers as they arise.
- Assist in the creation of newsletters and preparation of the annual Approved Suppliers brochure.
- Provide RE/MAX, LLC digital advertising and sponsorship opportunities to assigned Approved Suppliers.
- Collect revenues, gross sales reporting and obtain forecasting data from Approved Suppliers as needed.
- Review and provide necessary guidance towards marketing/sales plans that assigned Approved Suppliers are responsible for creating.
- Tracking of payments and reports for Approved Suppliers and Education Partners.
- Gatekeeper for new prospects.
- Potential travel to attend annual convention and conference for RE/MAX with Business Alliances team (2x per year total).
Skills Required:
- Minimum five years of negotiating, enabling and empowering Approved Suppliers.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing Approved Suppliers effectively.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Goal oriented and excellent work ethic.
- Driven to provide profitable solutions.
- Team player – as an individual contributor and as a leader.
- Four year degree.
Hire Range/Rate:
$55,000 - $61,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
