Content Marketing Manager Job Description
As a dedicated employee supporting the brand and reporting into the production team, while also serving the needs of the marketing, social media and communications teams to create a lot of video content, the Content Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to drive numerous network and consumer campaigns and strategies—helping to grow the network and attract consumers.
The Content Marketing Manager will manage day-to-day content development that includes regional support, coordination of upcoming content development and timelines ensuring all projects and related materials are delivered according to schedule, in budget and on brand. This role is pivotal in helping evolve large format videos, to digital/thumb stopping content that is varied. This role also manages a marketing specialist who is tasked with executive content and social media – coordinating closely with communications and marketing to establish personal branding for key executives.
- Manage videos, documents and materials for awareness and social media activities by working with different internal and external teams to develop and produce content to help support the broader network.
- Write and produce content for several different channels with a focus of social media videos and visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube along with Reels and Instagram Live for consumer, residential, luxury, growth marketing and varied audiences.
- Manage the distribution and access of materials with existing and new vendors for network enablement.
- Plan, manage, implement and communicate a strategic content calendar in support of editorial and marketing strategies that are in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Create compelling, innovative content that supports and maximizes engagement, including creating unique graphics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure they have the information and assets to communicate to all audiences and provide input where needed for marcom plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Curate and capture dynamic content across events including capturing and editing original photos and video.
- Coordinate with the internal RE/MAX production team video content, including segmentation and adaptations for a multi-channel approach.
- Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or needed by the business.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent
Years of Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications a plus!
Years of Management Experience:
- 1-2 years of managing direct reports or contractor resources.
Preferred Licensing, Certificates and Skills:
- Track record of covering page performance, metrics, team performance, issue monitoring, and opportunities.
- Understanding and posting and management of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, IG Live, Reels, TikTok.
- You are reliable, able to ensure effective and on-time delivery of social engagement, content engagement, social media listening, issue tracking/flagging, response management, and regular report development.
- Desire to continuously improve performance through testing and analysis.
- Effective communications that support proficient project management.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency to take projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience with Google Analytics a plus

Hire Range/Rate:
$65,000 - $72,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
