Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing as a Service (MaaS) Lead to join our team. This role is integral to modernizing our brand by evaluating, implementing, and managing marketing and concierge services tailored to support our franchisees and agents. The MaaS Lead will be responsible for identifying free and paid service offerings that provide measurable value, ensuring alignment with our brand’s commitment to excellence and consumer trust. The ideal candidate should also understand product or software development cycles, as they will seamlessly manage numerous services, including integration and connections to core technology platforms—all with enthusiasm for KPIs, data and results!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Service Development
- Research and evaluate marketing and concierge service providers to identify partners that align with the company’s goals and brand values.
- Develop a portfolio of free and paid marketing services designed to meet the diverse needs of franchisees and agents, from branding and advertising to digital marketing and lead generation.
- Design service tiers and pricing models to ensure accessibility and scalability.
- Manage technical development and integration needs for marketing related services across the company’s entire technology stack – singular platform multiple solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align MaaS initiatives with broader brand modernization and growth strategies.
Vendor Management and Implementation
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of selected partners and services, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with operational needs.
- Monitor performance and service quality of external vendors to ensure optimal outcomes for franchisees and agents.
Program Management
- Develop and execute a roadmap for launching and scaling MaaS offerings, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and education teams to promote and educate stakeholders about available services.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the services and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Support and Enablement
- Partner with franchisees and agents to identify their unique marketing challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a central resource for troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure franchisees and agents maximize the value of MaaS offerings.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of MaaS initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, showcasing adoption rates, user satisfaction, and overall program impact.
Years of Experience:
- 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or franchise industry.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Licensing, Certificates and Skills
- Strong expertise in evaluating and managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, tools, and technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of kvCORE or BoldTrail technology is a plus, or similar tools that include CRM, website development, Design Center and content creation tools.

Hire Range/Rate:
$88,000 - $96,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
