RE/MAX is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, adoption and awareness of RE/MAX technology products and services. Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Content Manager, this role blends product marketing expertise with content creation to develop compelling, educational and results-driven materials that communicate product value, highlight key features and drive user adoption.
The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical thinker and storyteller with a deep understanding of technology and how to sell value. They excel at creating engaging content and collaborating across teams to drive results. This role will directly support our product engagement and adoption efforts, helping to teach the "why" behind our products and ensuring that users fully understand their value and functionality.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
- Learn and fully understand RE/MAX technology solutions to define the benefit and value prop for B2B audiences.
- Research real estate best practices, to have a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in varying markets across the country.
- Create and update marketing content and materials — including, but not limited to, videos, digital assets, print materials and emails — to highlight product value and best practices.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for product launches and user engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop educational materials that improve adoption and retention.
- Ongoing outreach to internal teams to stay up-to-date on releases and areas of focus to drive traffic, engagement and hit KPIs and results.
- Review and edit submitted content for accuracy, grammar and brand consistency.
- Assist in gathering feedback and analyzing content effectiveness to refine messaging.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
Years of Experience:
- 2-4 years content marketing experience.
- 1-3 years product marketing experience.

Preferred Licensing, Certificates, and Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills to create clear, engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design (Adobe products or Canva); video editing skills a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to report on key metrics.
- Experience in real estate, franchising, instructional design, or training development is a plus.

Hire Range/Rate:
$58,900 - $64,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
