Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive team and manage office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
  • Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Plan and organize company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and office management software.
  • Experience in training development and supervising staff is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing schedules and event planning with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
