Agent Services & Training Coordinator
We are looking for an Agent Services & Training Coordinator to support our Director of Education in organizing, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions for our real estate agents. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for daily agent support, assisting with onboarding new agents and troubleshooting basic technology needs (e.g., copiers, software, and real estate platforms).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic training sessions on real estate technologies and programs.
- Schedule and coordinate all training sessions and office events.
- Manage calendars and track training attendance and events.
- Stay informed on real estate technology updates and new releases from RE/MAX LLC.
- Assist the Director of Education with training materials, handouts, and day-to-day tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training and communication efforts.
- Serve as the primary contact for daily agent support and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and facilitate the new agent onboarding process.
- Create and distribute internal agent communications, including a bi-monthly newsletter.
- Contribute to event planning and coordination as a member of the events team.
