Compensation:
$18 - $20
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker
Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment
Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions
Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts
You must be able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
Properly route phone calls, messages, mail, and packages
Strong organizational and time management skills
Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
Assist with coordinating company events
Poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
Real estate experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox
Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, InstaGram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)
