What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Office Administrative Assistant position at RE/MAX Properties SW?
We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions and help with the daily operations of the branch office.
Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Reviews real estate contracts and forms
Updates office files and paperless system
Updates accounting system and enters transactions daily
Reconciles MLS data with accounting records
Deposits commission checks and escrow money
Handles operational matters for the office with a positive attitude
Troubleshoots basic computer and printer issues
Adds and removes new agents into the office key system and security system
Handles incoming phone calls for the office
Maintains and manages conference rooms and workroom areas
Assists all RE/MAX executive associates and staff members from other locations
Responsible for account confidential communications and does not share with agents
Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
Qualifications:
License for real estate is preferred, but not required
Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or as an office manager
