Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and keeping the office clean and presentable.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining office social media.
- Help with setting up company events.
- Inventorying office supplies.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance office productivity.
- Assist office staff and Agents when needed.
- Maintain office digital billboards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Preferred office experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to office administration, including Microsoft Suite and Google.
- Proficient with all social media platforms. ( Facebook & Instagram)
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design software. (Canva, publisher, Etc..)
- Must be dependable and Trustworthy.
