Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties in the Greater Orlando area. The ideal candidate will possess strong property management skills, with a focus on leasing & customer relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that tenants have a positive living experience.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop marketing strategies to obtain additional property management agreements.
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies to enhance occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, fostering positive relationships with residents.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, including leases, contracts, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the real estate administrative team to streamline processes related to leasing and tenant management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Self Starter work ethics
- Strong understanding of HOA, COA and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and property maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in property leasing processes and contract negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to file documentation accurately and maintain organized records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
