Overview
Top producing real estate sales team is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Marketing to promote our real estate team's success and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, photography, and social media marketing. As the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding on all existing team and brokerage branding by creating and introducing new marketing materials that lead to sales team success!
Duties
- Build upon current team branding by creating new general marketing pieces.
- Create and edit top-notch images and videos of properties, interior and exterior.
- Post to social media pages, as well as coordinating sponsored promotions.
- Manage bi-weekly newsletter, electronic and print.
- Design and oversee direct mail postcards, letters, and other direct mail pieces.
- Work closely with all real estate sales team members to create pieces as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Solid Understanding of SEO best practices and tools to enhance online visibility.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing techniques.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools for data analysis.
- Strong graphic design skills with emphasis in photography and videography.
- Purposeful communication skills with an emphasis on team building!
