What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Specialist who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a hands-on role supporting the production of precision components used across industries. You’ll work directly with our tools, machines, and materials—ensuring that quality stays high and operations stay smooth.
You’ll also be part of a small, fast-paced team where hard work and initiative lead to real growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and executing daily manufacturing operations on the production floor
- Performing manual labor with consistency and attention to detail
- Ensuring finished products meet strict quality standards
- Assisting with machine setup, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
- Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical and workflow issues
- Training new team members on safety and standard operating procedures
- Contributing ideas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized
