Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Madison, WI for a New Product Development Engineer. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing new products, conducting research and development, while collaborating with customers and vendors alike to bring innovative solutions to market. The engineer will also engage in product testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing product designs to enhance performance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering skills with a focus on design and development
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
- Understanding of Product Design principles
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the adhesives industry or manufacturing is a plus
