Performance Physical Therapist

re.PHYSIO Physical Therapy & Performance is looking to hire an energetic and passionate performance physical therapist who is looking to make an impact in a unique performance based physical therapy practice!

Requirements

Responsibilities- clinical: exceed client expectations with physical therapy 

• Client Care (35/available slots/week with the goal of 30-35 arrived visits)
• Exceed expectations on client experience & build lifelong relationships with clients
• High-level client care via up to date evidence based practice
• Provide a warm welcoming environment & develop interpersonal relationships w/clients
• Convert evals to plans of care (POC) & POCs to membership
• Schedule out client POC efficiently
• Complete 10 visits within 10 weeks
• Complete 12 visits within 12-14 weeks
• Effectively communicate with front desk results of evaluation
• Book POC (Y/N) - if no what the reason was
• Payment Plan (Y/N) - if yes payment plan, what the payment plan is
• Request Google Reviews from clients as appropriate
• Hold Level Up Meeting at Visit 5 (10 pack) or Visit 8 (15 pack) to talk membership and goal setting
• Manage all correspondence related to care with client via email within 24hrs
• Assist with content generation for social media as needed 

Responsibilities- administrative: 

• Live by and demonstrate re.PHYSIO Core Values
• Own your scorecard and record KPI’s weekly (Record KPI’s by end of day on Friday)
• Attend and be present in all team meetings
• Accommodate schedule to attend:
• 1x/week - all hands team weekly meeting
• 1x/month- 1on1 scorecard meetings with your Clinic Director
• 4x/year - all day quarterly team meetings
• Set & Provide a consistent schedule 
• Keep consistent schedule with little varying times
• Block times for non-treatment responsibilities (ie. Admin time blocks, lunch, etc)
• Manage Interpersonal communication with team
• Respond to Slack messages within operating clinic hours within 10minutes 
• Manage emails & updated client programs

Community Events Responsibilities 

• If you are in the green (>85% in target visits for the month):
• 1 event every month
• If you are in the  blue (75-84% in target visits for the month):
• 2 event/month
• If you are in the yellow (<75% in target visits for the month)
• 3 event/month

Results (Measurable KPIs)

• Schedule efficiency: maintaining 85% schedule capacity (30-35 arrived visits/week)
• POC Conversion: >60% 
• POC to Membership Conversion: >35% 
• Google Reviews/month: 3 (minimum)

This position is Full Time and onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90k-$110k
