Job Description
This position requires an individual who has strong organizational skills, is willing to assist colleagues, and can multitask in a professional environment. Additional responsibilities include :
- Act as a gatekeeper; answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages
- Greet office visitors, monitor access, provide direction, maintain security awareness
- Handle queries from the public and customers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support; prepare correspondence and documents
- Prepare and organize conference rooms before / after meetings; coordinate meals / catering when needed
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in / out of the organization
- Receive / sort mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail for counter pick-up or courier
- Manage inventory and procure office supplies for the conference room and kitchen
- Ensure tidy common spaces, including reception area, break rooms, and kitchen
- Scan and shred documents
- Prepare / maintain coffee
- Assist in general office coordination and event planning / implementation

Compensation : Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
This is a part time position that is benefits eligible.
