Qualifications
- Proficiency with, or ability to learn, CAD and BIM software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
- Motivated, energetic, and driven to take on new tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail oriented & organized
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Desire to learn and advance in technical skills and understanding
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience in electrical drafting and modeling
- Related certifications, degrees, or trades experience
Additional Information
Work Schedule: This is a regular full-time position with benefits. The employee will work 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday) from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
