Job Description
- Assisting with management and coordination of staff and project tasks
- Preparing reports and work plans
- Conducting project related office and field work
- Preparing investigative scopes of work
- Evaluating site data, including data management and interpretation
- Working with clients and regulators
- Performing soil, surface water and groundwater related investigations (e.g., pumping tests, base flow studies, site characterization) for environmental and resource evaluations
- Developing conceptual site models
- Completing fate and transport analyses and related hydrogeological evaluations.

Qualifications
We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field experience in Environmental Science. The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Environmental Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well.
- Education –graduation from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering is required.
- Knowledge and ability to perform site inspections is required.
- Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed.
- Experience – 7-10 years of environmental hydrogeology experience, including performance, analysis, and interpretation of aquifer tests, and strong technical skills.
