Job Description
RESPEC is looking for a Graphic Design Marketing Intern who is eager to dive into the hands-on world of marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our experienced marketing team, creating engaging visual content for a forward-thinking engineering and technology firm.
In this role, you'll be part of the brand marketing team, helping to design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including printable flyers, brochures, web and social media assets, email campaign graphics, presentations, event collateral, and more. You’ll work on both print and digital formats, contributing to the development of marketing, sales, and internal communication materials.
As an intern, you'll participate in weekly marketing meetings, assisting with brainstorming sessions, and working within our production calendar. You'll gain valuable insights into brand identity and brand guidelines, all while exploring your creative side. By the end of your internship, you’ll have experienced the collaborative and enjoyable environment of a passionate marketing team.
Qualifications
- Degree: Junior or senior in a Bachelor of Design or BFA program, with a focus on Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, design, layout, and typography; interest in current design trends; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Bonus Skills: Experience with multimedia design, video, and motion graphics
Additional Information
Hourly wage depends on experience, plus statutory insurance requirements.
