Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skill, an artistic eye, and excellent interpersonal abilities to provide safe, effective, and aesthetically pleasing treatments under the supervision of our healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:`

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess suitability for various aesthetic treatments.
• Perform a range of non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to laser hair removal, RF microneedling, PRP treatments, photo facials, IV infusion therapy, and wellness program coordination.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety, including adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals and expectations.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic nursing and continuously improve skillset through education and training.
• Collaborate with the medical spa team to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida state with a good standing.
• Certification and experience in aesthetic procedures preferred but not required.
• Experience in starting IVs, such as ER or inpatient clinical experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
