Job Overview:
RE360/Build360 is looking for a working Junior Foreman to join our team. This role serves as 2nd in command to the project Foreman and is tasked to support in leading, managing, and coordinating construction projects for the company. Daily oversight and training of crew members is required.
Responsibilities:
- Work on-site with crews, manage and execute on day-to-day project plans, engaging in all aspects of construction necessary to complete a project
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret project scopes, ensuring accurate implementation of project plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations at all work sites
- Collaborate with project manager & Sr. Foreman to develop project budgets, scopes, monitor expenses and train crew
- Prepare and submit material orders
- Provide training and guidance to construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to complete their tasks effectively
- Document daily activities and materials used
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management, 3 years required
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and project management
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have valid driver's license and your own vehicle
Page Range: $22-$25/per hour. Overtime available on Fridays. Mon - Thurs, 4x10 hour shifts.
