Build360 Construction is looking for a multi-talented Landscaping Laborer with a broad skill set in residential lawn care and snow removal as well as basic level construction skills. During Fall and Winter, this position assists with construction projects, demolitions, and snow removal. In warm weather months, this position will join the Landscape team in their upkeep of more than 250 units within our rental portfolio in the Allentown (15210) neighborhood and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- During Fall and Winter, assist with construction site clean ups and work on other construction projects as directed. This may include painting, trash haul, and other labor. A great opportunity to learn about construction!
- Seasonally: Perform snow removal work on all multifamily and commercial units and be available for overtime and emergency snow removal if/when necessary. You will be required to be on call and proactive regarding winter weather to ensure the safety of our tenants and properties.
- Residential lawn maintenance including grass cutting, weeding, tree and shrub trimming, edging/mulching.
- Preparing equipment and tools for the day’s work
- Follow assigned routes and complete tasks within budgeted hours
- Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision, including: Safely drive, operate and maintain various company vehicles & equipment such as lawn mowers, weed whackers, blowers, chainsaw and snow blower.
- Problem solve and communicate any elevated issues to the Facilities Manager
- Professionally communicate with tenants and neighbors as needed
- Maintain and promote a safe workplace by following and enforcing all safety guidelines
Skills & Requirements:

- Friendly and respectful customer service skills while interacting with tenants and neighbors
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and have your own reliable vehicle

- proper wardrobe - you will be working outdoors in sunshine, rain and snow.
Compensation/Benefits
- Full time - Four day work week (Mon-Thurs) - 10 hour shifts
- Hourly rate for this position is $16-$19 depending on experience
- This position offers paid vacation time and a matching 401k plan
