The successful RE360 Property Manager is a well organized master of time management and accountability, dedicated to the success of the company as well as the property management team. This individual must be able to stay on top of day to day tasks and uphold an unwavering sense of urgency and accountability.
This position reports directly to the Senior Property Manager and will interact regularly with all levels of the organization and our tenants, playing a critical role in the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Build AND maintain rapport with current tenants to ensure the best personalized service possible, while upholding fair housing practices
- Conduct scheduled and unforeseen property inspections when needed
- Handle all logistics of PLI/Health Dept. violations which include all correspondence between tenants, construction department, and inspector(s)
- Attend court proceedings at local magistrate and prepare all supporting documentation
- Issue lease violations and ensure proper follow up of all violations
- Manage and execute on collections processes and procedures - including but not limited to: tenant communications regarding unpaid balances, securing tenant payments, and posting eviction notices for non-payment
- Conduct and communicate weekly and monthly collections reporting and statistics to the team
- During turnover season (March-September) serve as a turnover agent, helping with logistics and administrative tasks of large scale property turns

- Diligent and persistent communication methods, both verbal and written
- Goal oriented, works well under pressure and with deadlines
- Organized, able to multitask and effectively manage one's time
- Experience w/ conflict resolution - active listening and negotiation skills
- Collaborative in nature, working well with peers or a team
- Well versed in phone etiquette, with a personable yet professional demeanor
- Experience with Appfolio, Slack and Google Suite beneficial but not required
- Competency in or the ability to become competent in the following: Anti-Discrimination Act, Fair Housing Laws, Building Maintenance
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum experience in residential property management is required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Monday- Friday 9-5 with occasional nights and weekends required

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
