Summary

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler from tradesman to foreman, to join our dynamic team at <>DRIVERLICENSE>. This role is crucial for executing renovation projects that improve the quality of our properties and contribute positively to the communities in which we operate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Perform tasks such as drywall installation, painting, and cabinet installation.
• Manage construction sites effectively, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment as needed for various renovation tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
• Familiarity with drywall, caulking, plastering, and other remodeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
