We’re on the lookout for a Landscape Construction Crew Member who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into daily landscape construction, irrigation, grading, and drainage projects!
Job Description:
As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you’ll be our go-to guru for transforming residential and commercial spaces into outdoor paradises.
Position Overview:
- Daily landscape construction of stunning landscapes, irrigation setups, grading, and drainage wonders.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements: (at a minimum)
- 1-2 years of landscape installation experience up your sleeve
- 1-2 years of irrigation experience (bonus points if you’ve got it!)
- 1-2 years of grading experience under your belt
- 1-2 years of NDS drainage material experience (preferred, but who’s counting?)
- A green thumb for plant identification and installation techniques
- Ready to face the great outdoors, rain or shine
- Experience handling Bobcats, trac-hoes, and other fun equipment (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs—because plants can be heavy!
- Blueprint whisperer who can layout sod, planter areas, and irrigation zones like a pro (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, productive, and a cleanliness connoisseur
- Team player with stellar communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that shines!
