We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to collect and track payments, make bank deposits, and build reports using skills in project management, organization and communications.
Responsibilities
• Interpreting internal client needs and proactive in identifying solutions
• Providing excellent client service for accounts receivable
• Preparing reports
• Preparing reconciliations
• Assisting with accounting and daily updates
• Utilizing various software programs
• Collections and monitoring of short pays, over payments and/or irregular payments
• Approve electronic invoices compiled by admin in other offices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Strong computer and technical skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on tasks and projects, while also collaborating with peers in a team-oriented environment
• Preferred Experience working in the professional services industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
