Description:
The Maintenance Technician engages in the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment within the building and grounds. Must have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance work including: electrical, heating/air, plumbing, landscaping, and vehicle maintenance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Hands on maintenance experience with plumbing, heating/air, electrical, etc.
- Perform duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of company equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of company equipment.
- Read and interpret maintenance requests and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform periodic assessments of buildings and grounds and proactively identify areas that require maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine building and grounds maintenance tasks.
Required Items
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be at least 25yrs old with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Background Check
