Air Medical Transport Pilot Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Medical Transport Pilot to join our team at REACH Air Medical Services. As a key member of our aviation crew, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to medical facilities.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work closely with medical experts to provide safe and efficient transportation services to patients. This includes ensuring the aircraft is airworthy and ready for flight dispatches in accordance with FAR and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
- Required to work in outside weather conditions. May need to deice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft, and maneuvering in and out of the hangar.
- Required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May assist with loading patients β lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.
Requirements:
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) or (C-ASEL) Required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
- 2,500 Total Flight hours 2,000 Fixed Wing hours 1,000 PIC hours 500 Cross Country hours 500 Multi-Engine hours 100 night hours 75 instrument (50 actual) hours
