We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking Operations Coordinator to lead the growth of REACH programming. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and collaborative spirit, and be a great motivator and supervisor working with staff / contractors, partners and the community.

The Operations Coordinator role is to enable REACH to run like a well-oiled machine. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of REACH administration. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the management team of REACH to ensure the quality of service presented to the community is high. Most importantly, the Operations Coordinator will set the cultural tone by establishing a warm, encouraging environment, efficient systems and smooth running processes. This role is responsible for influencing the team to demonstrate the organizations values of integrity, consistency, innovation, compliance, and employee engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.
  • Manages day to day business of REACH for Tomorrow.
  • Works with the different teams of REACH for Tomorrow to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
  • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
  • Works closely with COO on other special planning and departmental projects.
  • Oversees and reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Collaborates team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Collaborates with transitions and onboarding teams as needed.
  • Assesses a variety of situations and provides clarity to teams and management.
  • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, staff, board members, partners and the community.
  • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
  • Works closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within REACH are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
  • Performs all job duties in a manner that is friendly, considerate, and aligned with the organizations Mission, Values, Patient Care Philosophy, and Standards of Ethical Conduct.
  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
  • Analyzing training needs / requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
  • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
  • Must maintain a current and valid Ohio drivers license, a good driving record, adequate insurance, and be willing to use a personal car to perform job duties.
  • Computer skills including Excel capabilities with the ability to create reports.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Must be analytical and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Job Type : Full-time (40 hours per week)
