Oversee and manage Industrial Engineering (IE) operators and technicians providing clear direction fostering skill development and enhancing team performance to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications of Industrial Engineer :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
- Root cause analysis practical problemsolving skills and Industrial Services Data collection experience.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles
- Demonstrated ability to apply throughput improvement processes
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and written / oral communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to focus on critical tasks.
