This position directly reports to the Executive Director. As the Partnership Coordinator at REACH, you will play an integral role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with partner organizations, stakeholders, and community groups. You will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our partnerships—from initial outreach to ongoing relationship management. Working closely with various internal teams, you will ensure seamless coordination and help drive partner engagement to advance REACH’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquires relating to programmatic requests, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Serve as the liaison between partners and REACH’s internal teams, ensuring mutual goals and objectives are met.
Administrative Coordination
Maintain up-to-date partnership records (contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and data submissions), ensuring accuracy and accessibility while maintaining timelines and other deliverables.
Follow up regularly with partnership contacts to cultivate relationships and maintain open communication, regularly communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Programs, Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies and materials that support partner objectives, such as communicating event details, logos, and other promotional needs and/or ensure partnership book orders are fulfilled and ready for pick-up.
Draft presentations, reports, and other resources for partner-related meetings, events, and proposals.
Performance Tracking
Monitor partner performance by tracking key metrics such as engagement, program outcomes, and joint funding efforts.
Synthesize data and insights into reports to guide decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
Event & Project Coordination
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of partner-related events, webinars, and workshops.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of goals and successful project outcomes.
Public and Stakeholder Relations
Respond to inquiries from community leaders, escalating concerns or more complex opportunities to the Executive Director. Maintain professional relationships that help strengthen REACH’s visibility and credibility in the community.
Evaluate potential partnership costs and benefits to determine alignment with REACH’s goals.
Other Duties as Assigned
Assist with bingo fundraising and charitable gaming activities, along with other mission driven fundraising efforts.
Support day-to-day operations, as needed.
Qualifications
Education (Preferred, Not Required): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, non-profits, fundraising, business development, or project coordination—ideally within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, or other transferable skills.
Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities; adept at handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build trust with partners.
Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail when handling partnership agreements and logistical planning.
Analysis: Comfortable using data analysis and reporting tools to track partner results.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), or project management software.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
Must be able to lift up to 25–30 pounds when necessary.
Capable of pushing or pulling a rolling cart of books, bingo supplies, or other resources, as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods, particularly during Bingo Fundraising and special events.
Comfortable working outdoors during community events as required.
Work Schedule
Typical schedule is Tuesday–Friday and Sundays, with some Saturdays as needed for events or special projects. Flexibility to work occasional evenings may be required to accommodate partner schedules or event commitments.
