Position: HR Generalist
Location: On site (Hialeah, FL)
Level: 3-5 yrs. experience
Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains recruitment program resulting in the establishment of a stable, growing, high performing workforce. Develops job descriptions as well as employment postings and manages the interview and on-boarding process.
- File and maintain employee documentation and records
- Maintain and execute payroll and timekeeping
- Manage employee sponsorship cases by working with attorneys to file new cases
- Supports the growth of Reach’s culture through the enhancement of Company Core Value events and recognition programs, training programs, integration of field offices and personnel, and providing guidance and support to employees at all levels, as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years of professional administrative experience preferred
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exercises moderate independent judgment over short- and long-term HR programs and strategy including compliance, recruitment, disciplinary actions, compensation and benefits.
