We have 6 warehouses in 5 countries across the globe and offer a unique distribution model to our partners. We shipped 33M units in 2022 and are continuing our exponential growth! Currently a top 5 seller on Amazon, we boast over 1,150 global employees that span over 22 global locations, with 9 global distribution centers that sell in 60 countries. We are looking for additional support for our management team to effectively run our new conveyor system and leading associates through the exciting change.

• Implementing a new conveyor system to streamline product in and out of the facility
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for all structures, power, and equipment within the facilities of the warehouse/distribution center
• Communicate with operations leadership, governmental and safety officials, building owners/representatives, associates, and contractors, and any necessary in the safe and proper functioning of the facility
• Support other Reach facilities in a remote capacity, assisting to coordinate break/fix dispatches and official inspections as needed
• Competent with hands-on trades experience: low-voltage electrical, plumbing, painting, furniture and shelving moving/assembly, and the required hand or power tools
• Manage and organize all aspects of powered industrial trucks (PIT) safety, training, operation, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain CMMS for preventive maintenance, spare parts management, cycle/usage-based maintenance, and labor allocation
• Conduct consistent coaching and counseling meetings with employees
• Manage day and night shift maintenance technicians and janitorial staff
• Promote a positive work environment through excellent verbal communication, listening, and promoting company standards
• Ensure the safety of all team members by teaching, promoting, and exemplifying safety guidelines
• Flexible schedule to assist night shift and weekends as needed, with reasonable notice
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field
• 4 years Maintenance/Facility management experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• 4 years of hands-on experience with electrical circuitry, conveyors, generators, stretch wrappers, dock levelers, dock doors, forklift battery chargers, lighting alarms, electronic locks, and scheduling programs
• Experience negotiating and purchasing items and equipment as needed
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Ability to hold staff accountable with formal documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to engage employees with a welcoming, positive, constructive approach in all circumstances
  
  

Physical Demands

• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours
• Able to push/pull, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Shift Details

• 1st shift, flexing as needed to night shift
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Shift Hours: Overtime vs. Regular schedule
• Regular Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• May be required to come in on “call in emergency” circumstances or for special projects
