As an Assistant Social Media Manager , you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO and Lead Strategist to manage social media for leading brands across various industries. This fast-paced, creative role offers a mix of leadership and growth opportunities, perfect for someone ready to make an impact and advance their career in social media management.

Duties and Responsibilities
The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
- Assist, collaborate and develop concepts and content calendars for clients
- Launch, grow, and manage channels where relevant ensuring milestones are set and met
- Execute social media publishing strategies ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe and on-brand
- Assist with creating fun content for Reels or TikTok
- Plan design an aesthetically pleasing Instagram grid in no time
- Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate ROI
- Listen, respond, ask questions, and engage with our clients’ audiences
- Consistently create clear and compelling copy free of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors.
- Adhere to the brand guidelines for each client.
- Work on multiple client projects; meet assigned deadlines, respond to email inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and complete ongoing training.
