Compensation
We offer competitive salaries starting at $102,375 and ranging up to $112,612. Additionally, we provide a 5K stipend upon completion of fire suppression training, a 15K sign-on bonus after new hire pilot training, and a 40K retention bonus after 36 months in our pilot retention plan.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Pilot to join our team. As a member of our crew, you will work closely with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, maintaining accurate company and regulatory documentation, and effectively communicating with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, Helicopter instrument rating, Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate, and a minimum of 2,000 helicopter flight hours, including 1,000 hours as a pilot-in-command and 1,000 turbine hours. You should also have a minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided) and meet US Forest Service carding requirements.
