Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Support medical or dental reception tasks, including patient scheduling and record management.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required.
