Purpose and Mission

Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Leadership:
- Collaborating with the Board to define short- and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Managing program operations to ensure effective service delivery.
- Reporting to the Board on organizational activities.
Management & Administration:
- Leading a diverse team, including staff and volunteers, ensuring they are aligned with REACH’s mission.
- Managing resources efficiently and supporting staff development.
- Providing consistent feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to staff.
Community Outreach & Communications:
- Acting as the face of REACH in the community through public speaking, media appearances, and participation in community events.
- Building and fostering relationships with local organizations, donors, and the public.
- Responding to community inquiries about REACH’s activities.
Fundraising:
- Maintaining relationships with funding sources and working with the Board to develop a fundraising strategy.

- Nonprofit management and financial/legal compliance.

- Grant writing and fundraising strategies.
