Reach Records is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join and support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing Reach Records’ social media strategies. the role will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day social media operations. This includes organic content capturing and editing, maintaining calendars across multiple channels, scheduling posts, copywriting, community engagement, and tracking performance metrics. This role ensures that Reach Records’ social presence is consistent, engaging, and aligned with both current and long-term goals, enabling the Digital Marketing Manager to focus on high-level strategy, analytics, and partner relationships. The Social Media Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution of Reach Records’ campaigns and plays a critical role in adapting quickly to platform trends and new features to keep Reach Records’ artists at the cutting edge. Success in this role is defined by consistent and creative content output that supports artist tone, high-impact posts that drive follower growth, and increased streams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, innovative, and able to stay ahead of trends.
