Summary of Position
As a Communications Program Strategist you will serve as support across a diverse range of projects and content areas. Such work may include research, content development, relationship management, logistical planning, data management, and representing REACH Strategies at in-person events and live online events. This is a wide-ranging role well suited for a self-starter who likes to do a variety of content-rich, engaging work.
The candidate should possess a creative drive and be able to articulate and document ideas both to the internal REACH team and externally.
Responsibilities
This is an important role in a growing organization and the ideal candidate will be responsible for defining how it is developed further. Responsibilities will include :
- Support Project and Program Leads in a variety of capacities.
- Manage research and data through cloud-based platforms.
- Plan and deliver targeted communications campaigns using an appropriate suite of tools.
- Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
- Liaise with and manage design and print teams and suppliers.
- Support client, vendor, and partner relationships.
- Conduct baseline and benchmark research.
- Maintain calendars and project tasks.
- Take accurate notes during meetings and distribute them timely.
- Support on-site and online events as needed.
- Travel required 25 - 30% (within COVID safety guidelines).
