What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Coach position at reach swim training?
I am looking for a swim coach who can function as a partner to myself and the purpose of the business. Reach Swim Training is an integrative swim academy featuring everything from in-class swim seminars to providing lifeguards for private pool parties. Specifically, I am looking for someone who would be interested in taking a massive amount of responsibility traveling to lessons and teaching as well as helping the business grow as a whole. The position offers freedom to create your schedule as well as choose the opportunities that fit best for you. There is no guarantee you'll get full-time work as this is a client-based business.
Responsibilities:
- Teach classes for children and adults.
- Travel to private or neighborhood pools.
- potentially teach swim seminars.
- Must show at least 1 year of prior swim coaching experience.
- Must be willing to learn techniques that fit into the "Reach Swim Method" training model.
