Job Summary:
Under direction of the Vice President this BCBA plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The Clinical Coordinator reports to the V.P. of Operations.
Typical Duties:
Organizes the day-to-day coordination of the clinic.
Works with Administrative Manager to schedule staff and clients.
Participates in training programs and professional development workshops and conferences.
Implements reinforcement plans and organizes performance matrices for staff members.
Works with team members to correct deficiencies and recommends and implements corrective action and discipline.
Conducts surveys/studies relevant to organizational management.
Completes reports related to recruitment, special programs, and professional development.
Assists the Directors in preparing and monitoring clinic goals.
Prepares or coordinates preparation of financial and administrative reports; analyzes and interprets statistics, financial data, and management planning data for predicting resource needs and developing long range plans.
Assists with the development of long- and short-range goals.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position supervises a team at the clinic.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional clinic environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This is largely an active role. This would require the ability to bend, sit, stand, lift, walk, and diaper a child throughout the day. Lifting requirement range is 5-20 lbs. but may exceed in excess of 20 lbs. in some cases.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On occasion some evenings and weekends may be required.

Requirements
Masters in psychology or related field and BCBA certification is required.
Knowledge of:
Discrete trial methods; appropriate strategies and methods for shaping children’s behaviors; characteristics of children with autism; Microsoft Excel and data collection, report writing using Excel data, records, management, storage, and retrieval.
Ability to:
Oversee the individualized behavior plans, documentation and follow-up procedures; maintain accurate records and write reports. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards; communicate effectively orally and in writing. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with children, parents, teachers, behavior assistants, supervisors, and other staff. Ability to multi-task and analyze data. Exhibit strong administrative and coaching skills. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of standard operating procedures for the company.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
