POSITION: Supervisor, Warehouse Operations
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full Time
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. GENERAL SUMMARY
As a supervisor you will lead the warehouse staff responsible for all receiving, inventory, and fulfillment activity in our Woodinville, WA facility. Fulfillment includes the transfer of raw materials, components, and finished products to internal or external customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate must be professional and act with a strong sense of urgency and be able to strive in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience working in material handling and/or coordinating
- Experience working with quality control systems, preferably in a medical device or in a GMP/ISO environment
- Excellent ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures
- General mechanical aptitude
- Computer knowledge
- Familiarity with forklift and work assist vehicles (electric)

Physical Demands
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.

Working Conditions
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
- Work cross-functionally to identify and eliminate all barriers and support the business as we work to achieve financial goals.
- Maintain and develop key strategic relationships with the warehouse staff and other internal teams outside of the Woodinville warehouse
- Oversee receiving/stores and shipping teams
- Help maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Monitor key performance indicators for improvement and control purposes
- Monitor inventory accuracy by performing or guiding cycle counts and assisting with resolving discrepancies
- Work closely with other departments including quality, marketing, service, and engineering to ensure material requirements are satisfied and space in the warehouse is being fully utilized
- Maintain and update existing SOPs; assist with the creation of new SOPs as needed
- Identify cost saving opportunities and drive execution of initiatives with management team
- Deliver on fiscal year inventory goals and objectives
- Customer Service & Support: Consistently meet internal and external customer needs & expectations.
- Learn about the customer's supply chain challenges and objectives, both internal and external
- Liaison with other operations and supply chain teams to share best practices
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics partners to improve asset velocity
- Deliver process efficiencies that result in lower cost or higher asset productivity
- Analyze service and cost to determine areas of opportunity & drive results
- Key Performance Indicators: Inventory accuracy within ERP systems / Timely receipt of inventory and variance reconciliation/ Warehouse pick and ship accuracies / Order volume processed
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings.
- Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
- Follow evidence base standards of medical care through adherence to existing policies and procedures.
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
- Provides customer focused interactions.
- Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
