Job Summary :
Read AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on driving the success of our innovative AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing consumer applications, software-as-a-service (SaaS), particularly within a product-led growth (PLG) motion, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Go-to-Market Planning : Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign management.
- Customer Insights : Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Use this information to guide product development and marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
- Independent Problem-Solving : Identify problems and propose solutions independently, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Corporate Social Management : Manage corporate social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and brand.
- SEO, SEM, and PPC : Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive online visibility and traffic.
- Email Marketing : Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Sales Collaboration : Partner with the sales team to support product launches, provide marketing collateral, and align on go-to-market strategies.

The annual total cash compensation range is $85,000 to $115,000 however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
