Reading Bakery Systems is seeking a D365 Manufacturing Processor to manage and streamline manufacturing operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution of production workflows, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality industrial bakery equipment.

What Youll Do:

• Manage D365 Operations Maintain accurate manufacturing data, including job orders, production schedules, and inventory tracking.
• Work Order Coordination Create, release, and monitor production orders to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution.
• Ensure Data Accuracy Enter and maintain precise production data in the D365 system to support efficient manufacturing processes.
• Purchase Order Management Generate and process purchase orders within D365 to ensure materials and components are readily available.
• Optimize Processes Identify opportunities for improvement within D365 and manufacturing workflows to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot Issues Address D365-related discrepancies, working closely with IT and production teams to resolve problems.
• Ensure Compliance Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations within D365.

What Were Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

• 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficiency in D365 Manufacturing and Operations module.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
