Under the guidance of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, youll help manage shipping and receiving functions while assisting our Quality Control Department to maintain top-tier standards. Position Summary
As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will:
- Assist the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in coordinating all shipping and receiving functions.
- Support inventory control by compiling and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
- Work with preferred shipping companies that align with our quality, price, and delivery standards.
- Ensure requisitions are accurate and generate shipping orders in the computer system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to align material deliveries with project schedules.
- Contribute to quality control efforts by inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production processes, and evaluating finished products.

Working Conditions
