We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a Childcare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for babies and children. You will be responsible for managing classroom activities and ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in your care
Duties
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to engage and educate children through various activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Hours are approximately 8:45 am - 12:15 pm Tuesday, Thursday, and (most) Fridays. This position will run through mid May and then break for the summer.
