ReadiVet is seeking a veterinarian for its in-clinic urgent care services. This role is ideal for someone seeking to work afternoon/evening and Saturday shifts (Monday through Friday: 1 pm to 10 pm; Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm). Full-time or part-time options are available.
About Us: ReadiVet was founded as a mobile, in-home veterinary care provider. We ensure that pet owners get access to a higher level of clinical expertise while reducing stress for their pets. More than eighty-five percent of our services are provided in the home, while we also offer care in our fully equipped and centrally located clinic for imaging, surgery, and dental procedures.
ReadiVet has expanded its offerings to include comprehensive in-clinic urgent care from its hub in Uptown, Dallas. This service ensures that we can meet a higher level of pet needs—whether expected or unexpected. The urgent care team will work in concert with our mobile care teams as we focus on delivering both well-care and sick care to our clients in both treatment settings.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- At least one year of small animal veterinary experience (feline & canine) preferred
- State veterinary board licensed and must be in good standing with no malpractice or disciplinary actions.
- Must hold a valid DEA license
- Must be punctual and able to stay on schedule
- Must be able to quickly make independent decisions and judgments between urgent and emergent cases
- An incredible bedside manner and excellent communication skills
- Enjoy building lasting client relationships and in-depth client education
- Patience and a love for animals
