About us
Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank, Affinity Properties, and more!
Duties:
Interposition fiber pull between complexes, and terminate and test wall plate jacks in each residential unit.
BONUS if you can;
Troubleshoot DirectTV signals and satellites
Other duties may include;
- Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SDWANS, CCTV
- Printer Support
- Provide POS upgrades and Support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
Skills:
- Experience in IT infrastructure and networking installation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
***Need basic tools for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, cable toner, Cat 5/6, RJ45 Cable tester, Fiber spicer or tools to troubleshoot fiber***
