We are seeking a technician on 3/28 to perform the following at ELan at Settlers Landing; Issue: TROUBLESHOOT UPSTREAM- DTV- SET UP CABLE SERVICE
Required Tools: LAPTOP NEEDED W7/8/10/11
HOTSPOT, REMOTE ACCESS THROUGH ULTRAVIEWER or ANYDESK
Extra PATCHCORD with some RJ45 Connecters Ethernet(Thick/ Thin/ UTP CABLE TROUBLESHOOTING TOOLS ie Tester, Toner, Punching tools etc.)
LABEL MakerUSB A to Type C cable(maybe used in console)
CONSOLE CABLE (Pair of Rj45-To-Db9 Db9 to USB)
TOOLS type- MiniPC MINI DP CABLE (Mini DP to HDMI/Mini DP depends on your monitor)MONITOR
(should support other end of mini DP cable you have)
KEYBOARD (USB Keyboard)USB Stick
Ready 123 Solutions has other Marketplace work to support major brands to include the following;

Duties:
- Provide POS upgrades and Support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
- Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SDWANS, CCTV
- Printer Support
-Troubleshoot network devices with assistance from Technical Support
-Cat 5/6 replacement for non responsive network devices
Skills:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb, use ladder or lift for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
***NEED BASIC TOOLS for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, Butt sett, cable toner, punchdown, Cat 5/6, RJ45 Cable tester
